Administrative organ risked almost €12 million damage. Judges had to intervene and destroy decisions repeatedly. Researcher eventually got €250,000. Officers of the Kingdom informed the State Council, the judges, and the researcher commonly wrong. The ministry and the administration saw no reason to intervene. Instead, the administration sends ever more jurists and lawyers to the hearings. Stephan Schleim is Associate Professor of Theoretical Psychology at the University of Groningen and author of different books on philosophy, psychology, and the neurosciences. He carried out several research projects on the theory and ethics of neuroscience. Focus of his research are the conditions under which scientific knowledge is created and communicated to the public.
